Agnieszka (Agi) Sikorska is a BACP-registered and BABCP-accredited psychotherapist (and EMDR practitioner) practising as Food For Thought Therapy, offering specialist psychological therapy for adults with eating disorders, OCD, Complex PTSD, anxiety and the challenges that can accompany neurodivergence. She tailors therapy to each person, drawing on CBT, CBT-E, CBT-AR, Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), EMDR (including intensives), Schema Therapy, ACT, CFT, TF-CBT and integrative psychotherapy.
