As an experienced cognitive behavioural therapist, my practice offers help to both adults and young people (13 years old and above). Patients come to me from several sources, self-referrals, from general practitioners and psychiatrists with whom I work. I have been providing a quality Psychotherapy service for adults and young people in Surrey and surrounding areas for over 30 years. My skills based approach is designed to empower each person to experience living to the fullest.
