Andrew Nicholls is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive-Behaviour Therapist based in Central Watford, offering a flexible yet strategic approach to psychological problems. Much of his work is based on modern CBT for overcoming problems in the here and now, while he also values approaches that make room for thinking about the effect of the past on the present and the nature of clients' relationships.

He offers supervision to other psychologists, therapists and trainees, and is a recognised provider for BUPA, AXA-PPP, PruHealth and Aviva, supporting clients with anxiety, PTSD, stress and relationship difficulties.
