Carly Howitt
Carly Howitt is a fully qualified therapist with over 10 years' experience as a psychological therapist in the NHS, practising as CH Psychotherapies. She is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and an IPTUK-accredited Interpersonal Therapist, with extensive training in Compassion Focused Therapy, taking a person-centred approach tailored to each individual.

Carly offers individual CBT, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Compassion Focused Therapy for anxiety (including OCD, generalised anxiety, social phobia, panic disorder, agoraphobia, phobias and health anxiety), depression, PTSD and complex PTSD, and insomnia. She also delivers bespoke workshops and talks on stress management and wellbeing, and provides CBT supervision. Sessions are £80 (remote video) or £90 (face-to-face, at a venue in Titchfield); supervision is £80 per hour.
