Daniel Mirea
Daniel Mirea is an accredited CBT consultant, senior lecturer, researcher, writer and medico-legal expert, and the founder of NeuroAffective-CBT® — an approach combining the latest developments in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, neuroscience and emotional processing. Trained under, and in friendship with, Dr Donald Meichenbaum (one of CBT's founders), Daniel is BABCP accredited and trained across many cognitive and behavioural approaches, including Exposure Therapy, Stress Inoculation, Cognitive Restructuring, Metacognitive Therapy, Hypno-CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, DBT and ACT.
