Daniella's approach is compassionate and culturally adaptive, helping clients move from surviving to thriving through practical, evidence-based tools tailored to each person's pace. Alongside general support for anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and long-term health conditions, Daniella offers specialist therapy across every stage of motherhood — from pregnancy anxiety and birth trauma to postnatal depression and rebuilding a sense of self. As a mum of two and an allergy parent herself, she also provides dedicated support for adults living with food allergies and for allergy parents navigating the constant vigilance, worry and stress of allergy life. She offers clinical supervision for established and trainee therapists as well, with a particular openness to exploring culture, race and identity in practice. New clients begin with a free 15-minute consultation call. Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £90.
