David Havelock
David Havelock is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist based in North Yorkshire, offering face-to-face sessions in York and video therapy to clients in many locations. He has over 25 years' experience working with people with mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, phobias and PTSD — including working with victims of terrorist attacks — and has lectured in CBT at universities and supervised both qualified and trainee therapists.
