Mind Growth Mastery is a Surrey-based community interest company (CIC) offering therapy, counselling, mental health training and wellbeing services, based near Epsom. Its team of associate therapists is trained in a range of evidence-based talking therapies — CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, person-centred and integrative counselling, EMDR and mindfulness — with therapy offered in person or online, and a sliding scale of fees (from £20 for low-cost therapists in training up to £150 for accredited therapists). It also provides Mental Health First Aid training, workplace wellbeing and online courses.
