Effie Molyva (BSc, MSc, PGDip) is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist offering individual and couples CBT in St Albans and online. She has 18 years' experience in mental health in the UK and Greece, across primary, secondary and tertiary care, including extensive experience as a High Intensity therapist in an NHS London IAPT service (providing individual, couple-based and group CBT and clinical supervision). After completing an MSc in Human Neuroscience she held research posts in academic and NHS settings, and is committed to evidence-based practice.
