Elaine Iljon Foreman (BA Hons, MSc, AFBPsS) is a Consultant Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 40 years' experience, specialising in helping adults overcome the fear of flying (aerophobia), phobias and anxiety-related conditions through evidence-based CBT. Her Freedom to Fly™ programme (established 1990) has helped hundreds of people, and her CBT self-help book features on the NHS Books on Prescription / Reading Well scheme.
