Dr Francisco J. Flores is a Counselling Psychologist and accredited CBT and EMDR psychotherapist offering evidence-based, client-centred online therapy (currently remote sessions only) to adults and young people aged 16+. He has many years' NHS experience across primary and secondary care, acute and forensic settings, and charities, and now works privately, serving Cambridge and the surrounding Cambridgeshire area.

Francisco works integratively, drawing on CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and humanistic, existential and psychodynamic approaches to suit each client. He specialises in trauma, addictions, depression, generalised anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, low self-esteem, childhood abuse and relationship problems, and supports clients with ADHD/ADD, ASD, and diagnoses of personality disorder, bipolar disorder and psychosis. He is particularly neurodiversity-aware, with early experience in an autism specialist service informing his inclusive approach. His qualifications include a BSc in Psychology (Liverpool University, 2002), an MSc in Evolutionary Psychology (specialising in addictions), and a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology; he qualified as a CBT therapist in 2011 and an Integrative Counsellor in 2005, and is an EMDR-accredited practitioner.
