Gillian Rayner

An adult and mental health nurse by background, she has over 33 years' experience across the NHS and other settings, and has spent much of the last 25 years leading accredited psychotherapy training courses in higher education. Her particular specialisms include self-harm, trauma and borderline personality disorder (BPD), for which she draws on CBT and compassion-focused approaches.

Gillian works from a daytime office base at Dallam Court in Warrington on Mondays and Fridays, and also offers online sessions between 8am and 8pm.
