Dr Helen Startup

Dr Helen Startup is an experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years' experience (including at the Maudsley Hospital and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust), offering independent psychological therapies and clinical supervision in the Brighton area and internationally online. She is accredited as a therapist and supervisor in both Schema Therapy and CBT, and is a Schema Therapy UK trainer, working collaboratively to help clients understand how earlier life experiences shape current struggles. She works with numerous private health insurers including BUPA.
