Iain Martin

Iain Martin is an accredited practitioner in both CBT (BABCP) and EMDR (EMDR Association UK), with over 20 years' experience, practising as IM Listening Therapist and offering remote sessions by Zoom, Skype or telephone. He tailors therapy to each client's needs, drawing on CBT, EMDR, Attachment-Focused/Attachment-Informed EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Couples Therapy, with the aim of helping clients reclaim their lives from anxiety, excessive worry, trauma, low mood or relationship difficulties.
