He aims to offer a relaxed, comfortable space in which clients can explore their difficulties. Appointments are available in the evenings and on Saturdays by video-call, or in person on Saturdays in Barnstaple. He is BABCP accredited, a BPS Chartered Psychologist, an EMDR Association member and a clinical researcher. Jamie offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy (PGDT) — a specialist model for processing stuck or complicated grief. He provides compassionate support for adults dealing with trauma and PTSD, complicated grief and bereavement, anxiety and worry, low mood and depression, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia, health anxiety, adjustment after loss, major life transitions, sleep disturbance, stress, and adapting to living with a long-term health condition. Individual therapy is £75/hour, an initial assessment £100 (90 minutes), and shorter sleep/brief psychoeducational sessions £40 (30 minutes).
