Dr Jane Ross is a BABCP-accredited CBT Psychotherapist and EMDR therapist (EMDR Academy and EMDR Europe) with over 40 years' experience across the NHS and private sector, practising as CBT for You in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, and providing remote therapy across the UK and internationally. Her qualifications include a PhD, an MSc (Distinction), a BA in Community Mental Health (with Specialist Practice) and a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT.
