Jessie Farrell is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and an accredited EMDR therapist (and a registered social worker), working remotely with adults via video and telephone. Jessie is trained in CBT, EMDR, Attachment EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy and trauma-focused CBT with Exposure and Response Prevention. She works with trauma and PTSD (including childhood adverse experiences, abuse, neglect, road-traffic-accident and assault trauma), adopted adults and attachment trauma, and has experience supporting medical professionals and armed-forces veterans, as well as gambling and addictions, grief and bereavement, depression, anxiety, phobias (including dental phobia), social and health anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, and pain, long-term health conditions and medically unexplained symptoms.
