Karen Tate (MBABCP) is a qualified, BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, working online via video. She has 12 years' experience (including over 7 years in an NHS talking therapies service) and leads a training programme for CBT therapists at the University of Exeter. Her qualifications include a PG Diploma in Psychological Therapies Practice (High Intensity CBT) and a BSc in Occupational Therapy.
