Kathryn Gough is an EMDR Europe/UK Accredited Consultant and Therapist and a BABCP-accredited Supervisor and CBT Therapist, practising as VI Psychotherapy and working with both adults and children. She holds an enhanced DBS certificate and is committed to ongoing professional development, using evidence-based CBT and EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce distress and move towards healing.
