Kenneth McLeod

Kenny McLeod is a Psychological Therapist and founder of Specialist Therapies (Aberdeen), providing recovery-focused CBT and EMDR for adults and young people, face-to-face or virtually (Zoom, Teams or telephone). His qualifications include a Diploma in High Intensity CBT (Teesside University) and a Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (University of Dundee), along with EMDR Europe training, and his experience spans more than 15 years — from NHS addictions work to high-intensity CBT for depression, anxiety and complex trauma. He also offers Attachment-Informed EMDR (AI-EMDR).
