Furlong Therapy provides professional, evidence-based psychological therapy in Winchester and online, led by Laura, an experienced therapist with more than 10 years' NHS experience. Her qualifications include a BSc in Psychology (Southampton), an MSc in Forensic Psychology (Winchester), a Postgraduate Diploma in High Intensity CBT for Anxiety and Depression (Southampton, BABCP accredited) and supervisor training, plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Behavioural Couples Therapy (Royal Holloway).

Laura also provides supervision for CBT and couples therapists. A free 30-minute consultation is offered; sessions are in person at Basepoint, Winchester, or online via Zoom.
