I know how difficult it is to reach out but I have been counselling for many years so take that first step and reach out to me. My Counselling Degree and diplomas in CBT and attachment theory enables you to feel safe talking to me about anything distressing from childhood to adulthood. I have treated all psychological issues and run NHS groups. I have availability for immediate start for daytime appointments, either face to face or virtual appointments.
