Ligia Kašanin is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist based in Drayton, Portsmouth, practising as LK Psychotherapy. She began working in psychotherapy 30 years ago, qualified in CBT in 2010, and spent 12 years in NHS mental health services — the last six as a Senior Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor — before leaving the NHS in 2019. She holds a First Class Honours degree and Postgraduate Diplomas in Mental Health Studies and CBT.
