Linda has extensive experience with depression, all forms of anxiety, OCD, trauma, substance misuse, trichotillomania and other body-focused repetitive behaviours, trust issues, eating disorders, emotion regulation and personality difficulties. She works with adults of any age and young people aged 13 and up, and welcomes people from all backgrounds and ethnicities, including individuals on the autistic spectrum, people with learning difficulties, transgender people, and those living with long-term health conditions.
