Lisa Dale

Lisa Dale is a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist and Supervisor and an accredited EMDR Therapist practising as LD Therapies in Staffordshire and Cheshire, with remote therapy across the UK. She has worked in public, private and voluntary-sector mental health services for 24 years — including NHS and Local Authority leadership roles — and set up her private practice in 2017, later leaving the NHS to focus on it full-time. Her vision is an "ageless" service that anyone can access wherever they are.
