Mannu is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering confidential online and telephone CBT in both English and Finnish, through her practice CBT Therapy Helps. She has worked across NHS and private-sector mental health services for 20 years — as a therapist and supervisor — since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 2002, and has worked as a qualified CBT therapist for the last 15 years. She is registered with the HCPC.
