I have over 25 years’ experience supporting people with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. I aim to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I am trained in range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
