Dr Neil Kitchiner
CBT Cardiff is a specialist team practice providing CBT and EMDR for anxiety, PTSD, depression, OCD, phobias and more, from a clinic at Tec Marina, Penarth, and online, with many BABCP- and HCPC-accredited therapists who have 10+ years' NHS and private experience. It was co-founded by Dr Neil Kitchiner (Consultant Psychotherapist and Clinical Director, Director of Veterans' NHS Wales).
