Nicola McHugh
Nikki McHugh is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy practitioner with over 30 years in the mental health field and 15 years as a CBT practitioner, based in St Albans. She initially trained as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN) and has experience across a variety of settings, including maternity and perinatal mental health services. Her qualifications include a BA in Community Practice in Mental Health, a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT and supervisor training for PWPs and CBT practitioners.
