Nicole O'Regan is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist with over five years' experience in children and adolescent mental health services and several years working with adults. A member of the BABCP (MBABCP) and the BPS, she works with people struggling with difficult emotions and situations as well as those with a diagnosed mental health condition, offering a calm, confidential and non-judgemental environment. Her qualifications include a PGDip in CBT (University of the West of Scotland), a Master's in Clinical Psychology (Leiden University) and a BSc in Psychology (University of Edinburgh).
