Philip Garrett is a fully qualified psychotherapist and BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, providing CBT for individuals across Preston, the Fylde Coast and surrounding areas, with a clinic in the centre of St Annes on Sea. Therapy is offered face-to-face in a private, confidential setting, or online via Zoom, Skype, Teams, WhatsApp and telephone (currently daytime sessions).
