Polly Hammerton is a CBT and EMDR therapist (accredited with the BABCP and a member of the EMDR Association) practising as Heatons Therapy, delivering CBT and EMDR to adults across the Heatons and Stockport area. CBT helps clients identify and break negative cycles of thinking and behaving, while EMDR helps individuals process and recover from traumatic events and painful memories.
