CBT Norfolk offers high-quality Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and EMDR from an experienced, accredited therapist, working with children, adolescents and adults. Based in Downham Market, Norfolk, the clinic is accessible by car and public transport, with other locations available on request and evening and weekend appointments to suit individual needs. Both CBT and EMDR are recommended by NICE — CBT as a treatment of choice for a number of mental health difficulties, and EMDR for the treatment of PTSD.

Qualifications include RNMH and a BSc in Specialist Practice Community Learning Disability Nursing (University of Surrey), an MSc in Primary and Community Care (Cambridge University), an MSc in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (University of London), and EMDR training (Parts 1–4).
