I have over 20,000 hours of clinical experience. I have trained over 500 CBT therapists. I have worked for the NHS. I was a Clinical Director at a Priory Group Hospital. I have worked in private practice for over 25 years. To my mind therapy is a game of two halves. First tame your symptoms, then get a life that you want to be living. I provide very practical and effective therapy and would like to help you get better.
