Ruth Parchment is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural and integrative therapist with over 12 years' experience across NHS and private mental health services throughout the UK. Based in Cambridge (South and Central, including Trumpington and Mill Road) and working online and by telephone, she helps adults and young people (13+) make meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is collaborative, curious and compassionate — helping clients understand the beliefs, stories and patterns keeping them stuck, while reconnecting with their values and creating a way of living that feels more authentic.
