Ruth Unsworth
Ruth Unsworth is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP), registered mediator, coach, trainer and developer of services, based in Fife. Originally trained as a Church of Scotland minister and later working with young homeless people in Glasgow, she qualified as a CBT psychotherapist within Higher Education, where she redesigned and now leads student wellbeing, counselling and mediation services (and serves as a trustee of Scottish Mediation).
