A graduate member of the British Psychological Society, Sally holds a BSc(Hons), Post Graduate Diploma in CBT and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University, and is a qualified EMDR practitioner trained with the EMDR Academy UK. Sally helps clients with a wide range of difficulties, including depression, panic disorder, OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety, PTSD, phobias, worry and stress, body image problems and body dysmorphic disorder, low self-esteem, relationship problems, anger, addiction, adjustment disorder, chronic pain and fatigue, and long-term health conditions. Her mindfulness training draws on the neuroscience of mindfulness as a clinical intervention, while EMDR is offered for PTSD and other conditions with a traumatic onset.
