Samuel Herbert
Samuel (Sam) Herbert is a registered Mental Health Nurse and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist (also EMDR-trained), based in Crawley, West Sussex, and offering online therapy for adults 16+. He splits his time between an NHS Talking Therapy service in London and a specialist OCD/BDD outpatient clinic (a particular interest), and sits on the NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee. He draws on CBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR.

Fees: £150 assessment, £85 per session (self-funding only).
