Sarah Fawcett is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years' experience helping people overcome depression and anxiety, practising as Change Behaviour Today alongside her NHS work as a CBT therapist. She trained in CBT at Royal Holloway, University of London, and specialises in treating trauma, low self-esteem and perinatal distress. Her therapy is collaborative and transparent, aiming to equip clients with the skills to act as their own therapist.

Sarah offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Couples Therapy for Depression, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and clinical supervision, working with depression, generalised anxiety disorder, low self-esteem, relationship problems, perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, work and exam stress, procrastination, poor motivation, worry and panic attacks, OCD and PTSD. She runs workshops on low self-esteem, procrastination, panic and confidence, and has provided training at UCL. Therapy begins with an assessment, then an initial block of six sessions with review (typically 8–15 sessions in total). Fees are £95 (assessment/treatment), £110 (weekend) and £60 (supervision), with evening and weekend appointments available.
