CBT Bradford & Airedale is run by qualified CBT psychotherapists Nicole Dobson and Sarah Hall, both former NHS therapists, based in Cottingley and Bingley, West Yorkshire (close to Leeds, Halifax, Keighley, Saltaire, Ilkley and Skipton). Both are members of the BABCP. They help adults with a wide range of difficulties — anxiety disorders, panic, social anxiety, PTSD, phobias, GAD, OCD, worry, health anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, bereavement and loss, anger management, eating disorders, chronic pain, occupational issues and stress management — and also provide individual and group clinical supervision, learning-disability work, assessments and reports.
