Stuart Pack (MBABCP) is a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist based in Dartford, Kent, offering online video sessions. With 17 years in practice and over 30 years' NHS mental health experience — including as a psychiatric nurse (RMN) — he brings a broad understanding of wellbeing, and shapes therapy around all that makes up the individual, including neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ identity and ethnicity.

The foundation of Stuart's approach is CBT, into which he integrates Mindfulness-based therapy, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy and Solution Focused therapy. He specialises in anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma and PTSD, and also works with depression, OCD, ADHD and autism, chronic pain, men's issues, mood disorders and self-harm. Sessions are £75 (individuals and groups), available on Mondays and Wednesday mornings, with insurance-funded work via Hello Self.
