David Oxley

David works with stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma including PTSD and developmental trauma, depression, bereavement and loss, redundancy and life changes, low self-esteem, sexuality, spirituality, adoption-related issues, compulsive and addictive behaviour, and loss of hope and motivation. He has a particular interest in Polyvagal Theory alongside the psychosynthesis and Core Process methods that underpin his work.
