Sessions last one hour and take place weekly at the same time each week, at a fee of £65. A limited number of low-cost places is available depending on a client's financial circumstances. The first meeting, arranged by email or telephone, is a free initial consultation in which questions can be answered and both parties can judge whether the working relationship feels right.

Exeter appointments are held on Tuesday afternoons and evenings, with Dartington appointments on Mondays. Because Franceska is on the teaching faculty at the Karuna Institute, she is unable to take on trainees in Core Process Psychotherapy as clients.
