Jennifer holds particular expertise in trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, body image issues, low self-esteem, clinical perfectionism, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal or relational difficulties. She works with people who want to explore and make sense of their difficulties, or who want to make changes in their life, building an understanding of their experiences together and helping them move forward. Therapy can be time-limited and focused on a particular problem, or longer term, exploring the past to make sense of the present. She sees both individuals and couples.
Work always begins with a thorough psychological assessment and report, to identify the most helpful therapeutic intervention, and a free telephone or video consultation is offered beforehand so that clients can get a sense of how they might work together. Individual sessions are £100 and couple sessions £150, on a sliding scale from £100 to £150 based on client self-assessment, with a concession rate for those who may be eligible.
