Kathy works with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, anger management, stress, grief, mood instability, adjusting to change and general self-improvement and personal growth. She sees clients from the age of eight through to eighty, and also works with couples. Appointments are available in person at the Tavistock office and remotely, with online counselling offered alongside telephone, FaceTime and WhatsApp sessions.
She is registered as a provider with the private health insurers Bupa, Vitality and Helix, and clinical supervision is offered as a separate service for other practitioners.
